Breeding Swine

Entry Deadline: March 4, 2012, Entry $20.00 Mail or bring entry to:                 3100 Fort Worth Drive          (Fulton's Metal & Hardware)              Denton, Texas 76205 Late entries (with a $10 late fee) will be accepted until 12 p.m., March 20, 2012 (Tue) 2. Dates and times:   Arrival:       March 19, 2012 (Mon)  1 p.m. — 6 p.m.             (MUST BE IN PLACE BY 6 PM NO EXCEPTIONS)             Paper check:   March 20, 2012 (Tue) 8 a.m - 12 noon Judging:      2 p.m. followed by the Market Swine Release:       Following the Swine Show and the selection of sale order.   3. Entries are subject to the general rules. (NO OUTSIDE SCALES ALLOWED) 4.  Breeding Swine must be registered in the name of the exhibitor by December 31, 2011. Papers will be checked.  A copy of pending registration is needed if registration papers are unavailable. 5. Only females will be shown. All breeds will show together. 6. Classes         1. 9 months and under gilts         2. 10 months and over 7. All exhibitors will be allowed to show for showmanship in the Market Showmanship. 8. Ribbons will be given to first through sixth place in each class. Thank you notes will be provided for the Grand and Reserve Champion and must be written at that time to recieve your award .  A $100 scholarship will be given to the Grand Champion and a $50 schorlarship to the Reserve Champion.
